Linetime launch DebtimeSQL, debt recovery system as a Managed Service

Linetime are making their award-winning debt recovery product (DebtimeSQL) available under their Managed Service Provision (MSP) program. Under the MSP scheme Linetime provide clients with all the hardware, system software, application software and on-going support services for a fixed per user/per month cost.

As an MSP user grows, additional users can be added to the contract – all the client pay’s is an additional monthly cost for the new users(s). MSP is an ideal solution for firms wishing to test-market or enter the debt recovery sector without committing large amounts of up-front capital.

Liberate B2C, the Linetime web access module is also being made available under MSP terms & conditions. Liberate B2C, which is used by the vast majority of Linetime’s DebtimeSQL users, allows clients to view and manage their case details over the Internet, submit new instructions and two versions are offered. Liberate B2C Enterprise Edition includes an image/document viewer, bulk update facilities and an end-user report generator.
